1532 Burney: "I love living at 1532 Burney Lane!  The location is great because there is easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and retail shops.  The building itself is architecturally interesting with many unique features not seen in modern designs.  The amenities are also wonderful since there is a washer and dryer in the basement, and each apartment has its own garbage and recycling cans.  Best of all, the landlords carefully screen and choose the residents which results in a quiet and safe living environment."

1201 Edgecliff: "I rented from Alliance leases for almost 7 years and there wasn’t a single day where I felt unsafe or neglected. Isabelle and Phillip take pride in their company and care for their tenants like extended family. They know every member of their buildings and are always welcoming when you see them around the building or around town! Alliance is fair with price points and need for repairs, etc. It is an organized company and easy to pay rent and place a maintenance request. Isabelle and Phillip communicate very clearly and effectively with each of their properties when maintenance is occurring or when a tenant needs to bring awareness of an issue to them. They upgrade the units when applicable and take their tenant’s views into account during the process. The building is quiet and the tenants are neighborly. I would, and have, recommended their properties to my colleagues and friends."

"1201 Edgecliff Rd has been a wonderful place to live. It’s in a perfect location, right next to Eden Park and 5 minutes from downtown. The landlords are very kind and easy to reach. They are very responsive when issues arise. Everything inside is updated and looks very nice. It has been a pleasure to live here."

"2023 Edgecliff has been a wonderful place to live. The apartment is spacious, and the space is utilized well. Appliances are updated. The location is ideal, and the views are great. I loved being able to walk to Eden Park from my apartment and living so close to downtown Cincinnati.  Isabelle and Philip were very kind and helpful with the application and move-in process; they were both quick to respond to maintenance requests and all of my questions. I would highly recommend this apartment."

Isabelle was extremely helpful in providing information on the apartment and the surrounding area, including a video tour of the property and reassurance on the quality of neighbors that I could expect to have in her building. She also made the rental transaction easy by exchanging documents via email and providing online payment options. By the time I came to see the apartment I was ready to literally take it that day. Everything that she described to me so carefully exceeded my expectations.”

“Walnut Hills is an up and coming neighborhood with a lot of beautiful historic architecture. In the two years I’ve lived here there have been multiple businesses and restaurants popping up just down the street. We are a block away from Eden Park and just 5 minutes away from downtown. It’s also close to 71 so it’s easy and convenient to get anywhere!”

1532 Burney: "This is a lovely spacious apartment! The ceilings are high and there is a lot of character. There is plenty of closet space and the rooms are large. Isabelle is also super friendly and helpful. If any issues arise she is so quick to take care of everything. I absolutely recommend this apartment!"

“Living at 1201 Edgecliff Rd has been my favorite apartment by far. It has all the benefits of living close to downtown, but none of the drawbacks. Living on a quaint cul-de-sac gives me the privacy I enjoy, but I am also just minutes from downtown. My frequent walks to Eden Park, restaurants, and
shops around the neighborhood give me a comfortable sense of community."

"Most importantly, Isabelle does an excellent job taking care of the property and her tenants. She is always proactive in keeping us updated on important information, keeps the common areas clean, and is very kind and respectful to her tenants. I would highly recommend this apartment!”

Walnut Hills: “Such a quick drive to downtown, to the multitude of food that is located over by UC, as well as a quick drive to our classes at Xavier! I also love that it is conveniently located close to Children's hospital.”
